'Lord Lucan' letter says he saw wife's attacker By Clive Borrell Detectives looking for Lord Lucan after the murder of his children's nurse and an attack on hlis estranged wife in Bel- gravia, London, onf Thursday have examined a letter pre- suined to have been sent by him to Mr William Shand-Kydd, his brother-in-law. According to the letter, Lord Lucan saw a inan engaged in a fierce struggle with his wvife as he walked by her house late on Thursday evening. Late on Tihursday night Mrs Sandra Rivett, aged 29, wvas found battered to death in a sack at the home of Lady Lucan in Lowver Belgrave Street. Police have been told that Lady Lucan, aged 35, disturbed a man as he was attempting to carry Mrs Rivett's body from the basement to a wvaiting car.
